Relais Virgilio Hotel - Rome

The stay was great for exploring some of the top attractions like the Pantheon and Castel Sant'Angelo, both just a short walk away. I loved the comfort of the room, especially the cleanliness and the way it was stocked with plenty of snacks and beverages in the mini-bar. The convenience of having a supermarket right around the corner made it easy to grab anything I needed. It was a cozy spot to come back to after a day of sightseeing.

Every detail was great and I truly enjoyed it. All the staff were very helpful and amiable giving some tips about the city. The room was beautifully designed and large, had essentials, like a hairdryer, a bidet and shower caps. The location of the hotel was central, not far from bars and other touristic places such as Navona.

The location was ideal, just a short walk to key sites. The walls felt a bit thin, making it noisy at times.

It was a SUCH WONDERFUL stay for a night. Had good sleep at the family room with kettle. An electric kettle, fridges, and glassware were a nice touch.

We think it's the best base for staying in Rome. The staff are really kind and nice people. The family room is beautifully maintained and has a mini fridge bar, a personal safe, and climate control. The hotel offers excellent and incredible location central to all the sights. It's also very close to different areas, central area of rome and the historical center of Rome.

The room was spacious and modern with an comfortable bed. Daily snacks and beverages in the mini-bar were a good surprise, as was the location's proximity to attractions like Piazza Navona and Trastevere. I felt safe thanks to the secure entry system.

WiFi connection unreliable!!! The bathroom could benefit from additional counter space!!! While the room was clean, it lacked some charm and attention to decor detail!!!

The reasons I'm conflicted

The location was perfect for sightseeing. I appreciated the warm communication from the staff, always eager to assist.

On another note, while the room was tidy and equipped, it lacked the charm I expected.

It was just a solid selection for a quick layover in Rome with good value for money. The room was impressively clean, making it a comfortable spot to unwind after a long day. Make sure to ask for clarification on room locations to avoid confusion when you first arrive.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Double Room with Private Bathroom, and I loved how comfortable the bed was! The cleanliness was excellent, and walking into the room felt cute due to the amazing scent. The mini-bar with snacks was a nice touch too. Plus, being able to people-watch from the window was fun. The location's awesome, being so close to Trastevere and other attractions. Just a heads up, the walls felt a bit thin at times, a little noisy.
